Capilano Suspension Bridge Is All Lit Up

If you’ve never had the chance the visit the world-renowned Capilano Suspension Bridge, a great time to explore this sensational attraction is during the winter when the bridge, along with the entire park comes alive after dark: all completely festooned with tens of thousands of twinkling holiday lights.

From November 24-January 8 2017, the optimum time to experience the park is after 4:00 pm when a dazzling, dizzying, display of lights can be seen, from the pond in the forest floor all the way up to the highest tree in the park, but the most breathtaking sight hands down is the completely bedecked Suspension Bridge in all it’s twinkling splendor! Once you’ve completed traversing the bridge, be sure to visit Treetops Adventure, a series of footbridges suspended high above the forest floor as well as Cliff Walk, cantilevered walkways jutting out from the canyon rock face. To round out your visit, enjoy refreshments and entertainment in The Winter Pavilion, generously adorned with a canopy of thousands of festive lights that adds a special holiday ambience. And before you leave, don’t miss the tallest living Christmas tree in the world: all 153 ft embellished with garlands of twinkle!
